Vista del Lago

Life inside the gates

Lake days, club days, Disney nights.

Vista del Lago is a family community — a few weeks or a lifetime. Club Vista, the lakes, and a full calendar sit behind a gated entrance, five miles from Walt Disney World.

The neighborhood

A quiet place, close to everything.

Location

The community was built around natural lakes and reserve areas. Disney, dining, and the parks are minutes away — then you leave the traffic at the gate. On clear nights, fireworks from the attractions are visible from nearby homes.

The homes

Homes here meet some of the most stringent building codes in the country: weather-resistant construction, energy efficiency, low maintenance, and a finished look that belongs in a lakeside neighborhood.

No-hassle living

On-site management, a 24-hour gated entry, community patrol, and a maintenance team that mows — so you can spend the afternoon on the lake or at Club Vista.

Amenities

Club Vista is the heart of it.

A multi-million dollar clubhouse is only the start. Courts, pools, a dock, and quiet preserves sit a golf-cart ride away.
