If you are buying

  1. Walk the community and see homes that fit your budget.
  2. We explain lot rent, utilities, and what is included with the lease.
  3. Financing can be in-house or through an outside lender.
  4. Every adult occupant goes through residency approval.

If you are selling

If you sell on your own or with another broker, have buyers secure residency approval before you close. Applications and the community prospectus are in the downloadable documents. Call the clubhouse if you are unsure where to start.

A few rules that matter

You own the home. The land stays on a lease with the community.

Long-term rentals are not allowed. Short-term stays are limited: once per 30 days, and no party more than four months per year.
